Standby Wait List
The goal of the Standby Waitlist is to make every effort possible to fill the tournament.
To the extent that another player has forfeited their registration fee, a Standby Waitlist entrant will be offered the chance to compete for a drastically discounted entry fee.

For any division that fills to capacity, a Standby Waitlist will be opened on or after March 14, 2012. |
|
The entry fee for the Standby Waitlist will be $50. |
|
The Standby Waitlist will be restricted to the first 25 players that register for each division. |
|
Any qualified player that wishes to be on the Standby Waitlist must submit proof of qualifying or an At Large Application to Veritas no later than July 1, 2012. |
|
If accepted you will receive an unlock code to register for the Standby Waitlist. |
|
The Standby Wait List will be available online and also held by the starter at each tournament site. |
|
If a registered player 1) fails to check in at registration on July 14, 2012 or 2) fails to appear for their scheduled tee time, in order of registration, Standby Waitlist player's names will be called off the Standby Waitlist until the spot is filled. |
|
Standby Waitlist status has zero financial risk to the registrant so long as they are present if their name is called on the day of the tournament. If you have entered the Standby Waitlist and fail to appear when your name is called to fill an opening on the day of the tournament, you will forfeit the $50 entry fee. |
|
Otherwise any player on the Standby Waitlist that does not successfully enter the tournament will receive a 100% refund. |
|
Any player that enters the tournament from the Standby Waitlist will receive all benefits, tournament gift, tournament shirt etc that any other regularly registered player receives. |
|
If no player joins from the Standby Waitlist the group will play short by the player(s) that failed to appear. |
