The organizers of Veritas are creating a new and exciting concept: awarding a World Cup Trophy to the country with the lowest formula scoring based on each country's players scores across various divisions.

At the conclusion of Veritas, the country with the lowest combined scoring will be declared the winner of the Veritas World Cup. At opening ceremonies in the following year, the winner of the Veritas World Cup will lead the Parade of Flags into the baseball stadium and will have their national anthem played over the public address system in honor of their player's achievement in the prior year. The Veritas World Cup Trophy with the name of the winning country engraved will presented to the winning team and then returned to its permanent station on display in the pro shop at Pacific Palms Resort.
