Wait List
The goal of the Waitlist is to make every effort possible to fill the tournament while minimizing the financial risk to the parents.
 |
A Waitlist in order of registration will be established as each division fills to capacity. |
|
Once the Waitlist reaches 25 players in any division it will be closed and will only be reopened at the discretion of Veritas. |
|
A player wanting to join the Waitlist should send an At Large Application and if accepted will receive an unlock code to enter the Waitlist by registering and paying full entry fee. |
|
A player may withdraw from the Waitlist at any time prior to receiving an offer of an open spot and receive 100% refund. |
|
If a registered player withdraws prior to July 1, 2012, the next player on the Wait List for that division will be offered that position. |

If a player on the Waitlist is offered a spot and declines they will receive a refund per the schedule below:

If a player has officially entered the tournament from the Waitlist and later wishes to withdraw, the refund will be determined by the Veritas withdrawal policy. |
|
All players still on the Waitlist on July 1, 2012 will be issued a 100% refund and the only opportunity to enter will be from the Standby Waitlist (see Standby Waitlist tab). |
