Withdrawal from Veritas World Junior
The objective of the withdrawal policy is to achieve an orderly registration process while offering the least possible financial penalty to parents.
If a player withdraws and their place is later taken by another fully paid registration from the Waitlist, 95% of the withdrawing player's registration fee will be returned.
Otherwise a registered player may withdraw and receive a refund according to the following schedule:
| Prior to November 1, 2012 | : | 95% | |
| Prior to January 14, 2012 | : | 75% unless spot filled from Wait List in which case the refund would be 95% | |
| Prior to March 14, 2012 | : | 50% unless spot filled from Wait List in which case the refund would be 95% | |
| March 14, 2012 and later | : | No refund applies unless spot filled from Wait List in which case the refund would be 95% |
The single exception to this withdrawal policy relates to the United States Golf Association Junior Amateur Championship which falls on the same annual schedule as Veritas World Junior.
In recognition of the prestigious and historical significance of the United States Junior Amateur, any player entered in Veritas that later qualifies, may withdraw from Veritas and receive a refund equal to 110% of their paid entry fee.
The refund will be issued upon the withdrawn player providing published link as proof he did compete in the United States Junior Amateur.
The surplus refunded is intended to show Veritas' complete support and encouragement for any player to pursue the opportunity to compete for a United States Golf Association title.
